Open-Source AI Email Agent + Simple 3-Function Operations App

We are looking for 2 useful “widgets”: an open-source, fully customizable AI email agent built on Qwen or DeepSeek-compatible frameworks, and a simple 3-function operations and privacy app for Android and iPhone. We had posted a job request earlier, but everyone would say one price and then it would become much more expensive, while also not being able to give us any examples or indication they could actually do the project. So we more clearly defined the exact needs of both the Email Agent and the App and small range in price is fine but looking for a real price for both widgets as separate projects. Right now our process is manual: we copy and paste full customer email threads into Perplexity so it can summarize the conversation into the format we use for operations, including time, description, load address, unload address, inventory list, customer requests, and promises made. You would think Gemini in Gmail or Google Workspace could do this, but in our experience it makes too many mistakes, does not reliably summarize full threads the way we need, and is not useful for this workflow. The system must pull real-time pricing from our Google Sheet based on variables (day of week, # of movers, truck needed, etc.) and insert it into generated replies. Google Sheets supports programmatic spreadsheet access through its API, which fits this kind of pricing workflow. Preference will be given to developers who already have a similar working system they can adapt, since budget is limited and we do not want to fund a from-scratch experiment. It only needs 3 functions: job details, masked customer calling/messaging, and delayed location visibility tied to the job. Our main goals are protecting customer phone numbers and knowing where movers are in relation to the job. We want it to stay simple and only have --3 main functions. -- job screen with the job description, address, special notes, and inventory. --A way for movers to call or message the customer through masked numbers. Our two biggest goals with this app are that employees do not get the customer’s real phone number and that when they sign on, we know they are available for jobs as a way of checking in, and we can see their location from job to job. The location does not need to be real time—2 to 3 minutes delayed is completely fine if that keeps operating costs lower, ideally by tapping into an affordable mapping platform rather than overbuilding a real-time tracking system.
