School WhatsApp AI Assistant

I need a WhatsApp-based AI system that takes over three daily pain-points at my school: distributing timely notifications, answering routine questions, and helping with light administrative chores. Students, parents, and staff will all interact with it, so the bot must recognise who is writing and then act accordingly—sending each person only the information that fits their role. For notifications, I want individual messages, not bulk blasts. A parent should receive fee reminders and event updates, a student gets timetable changes, while staff receive internal alerts. The same identity awareness should guide the FAQ module; the answer to “What time does school start?” may be different for teachers on duty than for learners. Key expectations • Integration with the official WhatsApp Business API (Twilio, Meta Cloud API, or a similar compliant gateway). • Role-based database or CRM connection so the bot can pull the right contact lists and personalise messages. • Natural-language engine (OpenAI, Dialogflow, or equivalent) trained on our handbook and policies to handle common questions autonomously, then hand over to a human when confidence is low. • Simple dashboard where office staff can schedule announcements, view conversation logs, and edit FAQ content without coding. Acceptance criteria 1. A live demo number that responds correctly to five sample queries per user type. 2. Scheduler proves it can deliver three test announcements to separate user groups at set times. 3. Deployment guide and clean source code (Python/Node.js preferred) ready for our in-house IT to maintain.
