I run a growing laundry service that relies on WhatsApp for most of our day-to-day communication. I now want to replace the manual texting with an AI-driven chat experience that can confidently handle three things: answering customer questions, taking and managing orders, and proactively sending status updates about each load. All of our customers type, so the entire flow must be optimized for text messages only—no voice or multimedia handling is needed at this stage. The bot’s tone has to feel human and friendly while still delivering clear, factual information. It should be capable of: • Giving informational answers about prices, turnaround times, pickup windows, and any other FAQ. • Injecting light promotional messages when appropriate (new-customer discounts, upsells to ironing, etc.) without sounding spammy. • Crafting personalized responses that reference the customer’s name, past orders, and current order status whenever that context is available. I can supply sample chat logs plus our current manual order spreadsheet so you can map out the data structure. You’ll set up or fine-tune the model, connect it to WhatsApp Business via the API or an approved third-party provider, and deliver a working build that I can test live with real customers. Once it reliably answers questions, books services, and pushes order status updates end-to-end, the job is complete.
