Ich möchte meine täglichen Abläufe am Rechner deutlich verschlanken. Konkret arbeite ich mit MS Outlook 365, OneDrive und unserem Hotelprogramm – und nutze Claude Cowork als KI-Assistenten. Was ich erreichen will • E-Mails automatisch analysieren, sortieren und mit passenden Kategorien versehen, inklusive intelligenter Sofort-Antworten auf Standardanfragen. • Eingehende Buchungs-Mails (neue Reservierungen, Stornierungen und Änderungen) sollen ohne manuelles Abtippen im Hotelprogramm landen. • Dateien auf OneDrive sollen anhand klarer Regeln automatisch in die richtigen Ordner verschoben oder umbenannt werden. Ablauf der Zusammenarbeit Ich plane wöchentlich 2–3 Stunden Live-Videocall. Währenddessen beschreibe ich die Prozesse direkt am Bildschirm, wir bauen die Automatisierungen gemeinsam auf und ich lerne gleich, welche weiteren Möglichkeiten andere geeignete Tools zusammen mit Claude Cowork bieten. Erwartetes Ergebnis Am Ende jeder Session gibt es eine lauffähige Teil-Automatisierung, verständlich dokumentiert, sodass ich sie später selbst anpassen kann. Langfristig sollen sämtliche oben genannten Schritte vollautomatisch laufen und nur bei Ausnahmen meine Aufmerksamkeit benötigen. Ich bevorzuge Deutsch, aber Englisch ist auch möglich.
