The system integrates with existing EHR/clinic workflows, maintains the doctor's treatment plan, tracks symptoms, medications, test reports, recovery progress, and follow-up schedules, sends intelligent reminders for medicines, tests, and appointments, and uses AI to summarize patient updates so doctors can review cases quickly. Patients get convenient, continuous care from the same specialist, while doctors can manage follow-ups more efficiently, improve patient adherence, reduce missed follow-ups, and focus in-person visits on cases that truly require physical examination. The core USP is delivering specialist continuity of care at scale by making routine follow-ups accessible, structured, and efficient without compromising the doctor-patient relationship. So I want the best ever MVP possible with full perfection and working it should be fully working MVP not a single error should be there in it .
