AI Automation Setup on Windows

I need a developer to fully install, configure, and test OpenDevin on my Windows 11 PC, connected to LM Studio with the phi-2 [login to view URL] model. The setup must allow me to give plain English commands through a web UI to automate both PC and online tasks. Required Features: 1. Natural Language Command Execution: Ability to type plain English (or any supported language) commands, such as “Search YouTube for AI tutorials, download top 3 videos, and save in a folder named AI Learning on Desktop” or “Write me a 500-word blog post about the benefits of renewable energy and save as Word file.” No coding skills required. 2. Multi-Step Task Automation: Automate complex sequences like gathering data from multiple websites, processing it in spreadsheets, and generating summaries or reports by chaining apps/tools together automatically. 3. Local + Internet Actions: Local PC control (create/edit/delete files, run apps, organize folders, install software). Internet control (browse sites, log in, fill forms, download/upload files) while respecting privacy rules. 4. On-Demand Tool Installation: If additional tools like Python or browser automation plugins are needed: a. Notify for approval b. Download securely c. Scan and install automatically 5. Live Monitoring Panel (Optional): Interface panel to watch current commands' status, steps being taken live (e.g., Playwright/Puppeteer/VNC). Intervention allowed mid-process. 6. File & Data Processing: Read/process text, PDFs, Excel files, and local databases. Export results in various formats (txt/docx/csv/pdf). 7. Integration With Local Models: Works with LM Studio’s local LLMs like Phi-2 Q4_K_M for offline reasoning with an option to switch to online APIs for advanced reasoning tasks. 8.
