I have a scanned copy of our Articles of Association (roughly 1,000–5,000 words) that must be presented in English for a KYC review. The content itself is not legally binding in this context, so a high-level of linguistic polish is helpful but absolute, word-for-word legal precision is not mandatory—we are fine with a machine-assisted translation that you tidy up for clarity and consistency. The key requirement is format: the finished file has to look identical to the source, including every existing handwritten signature and the company stamp. I need the final output delivered as a PDF in which those elements remain exactly where they are, with the English text replacing the German body copy. Preferred approach • Extract or overlay the German text, run a reliable CAT or AI engine, then revise for basic accuracy. • Recreate the original layout in Word, InDesign, or another tool, embed the scanned signature/stamp images, and export to PDF. • Double-check page breaks so the English version matches the original pagination for easy reference. Deliverable One ready-to-submit PDF that mirrors the original document, fully translated to English, with all signatures and the stamp intact.
