481134 Ajax Features on mmorpg

I am currently having a mmorpg being built which is in the final stages. A feature I would like to add to the game requires Ajax. It is a Western based text game. I need a rectangular box which is permanently on display with 5 cactus in the desert in it. Every 10 mins these cactus will rotate to display a target for 10/15 seconds where the player has to click on the target within that timeframe to be rewarded with [login to view URL] the first 4 will receive any 5th gets nothing! Then need the process to repaat every 10 mins. Also require that when someone receives a message,transfer or is attacked that it displays at top of the screen in almost realtime as well as in sidebar. I know this is not a big job but hopefully will be doing quite a few more games in the near future so will be requiring additional services.
