Hi, I am an embedded systems and industrial automation engineer with over 16 years of experience developing PLC/HMI systems, process controls, pump sequencing, instrumentation, alarms, and Modbus TCP communications. I am based in [COUNTRY—PLEASE UPDATE]. I have worked with IEC 61131-3 PLC environments, Maple-class controllers and I/O, and Weintek HMI development, including reusable control modules, trends, alarm management, user security, and maintainable tag structures. My water/process-control experience includes flow-paced chemical dosing, pH and analyzer integration, duty/standby pumps, data validation, and treatment-process sequencing. For Phase 1, I will review the P&IDs, I/O and instrument lists, architecture, narratives, and preliminary sequences; then deliver a practical design-review report, RFI register, control and communications architecture, alarm strategy, and dosing/sequence recommendations. I estimate 32–40 hours for this phase, depending on document maturity, and I can overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. A representative Modbus TCP project involved mapping analyzer and flow-meter registers, validating status/quality data, handling timeouts and stale values, and exposing diagnostics and alarms on the HMI. Prior HMI projects cannot be shared publicly, but screenshots can be shown privately. I confirm that all PLC/HMI source files, function blocks, databases, documents, and change records will be delivered fully editable, unlocked, and with complete ownership transferred to Condor Technologies. Please contact me to discuss details.

This is a strong fit, and I’d start with the highest-risk workflow first. For a PLC Engineer for Wastewater Treatment System, the hard part is balancing sensor scanning accuracy, battery life, Bluetooth/SIM fallback, and OTA-ready embedded reliability. My approach would be to validate the sensor matrix and power budget first, then design the acquisition PCB, embedded firmware, connectivity fallback, and OTA/admin controls in staged prototypes. Quick question: What is already available for PLC Engineer for Wastewater Treatment System: a working codebase, designs, data, or only the brief? Also, which one acceptance test would make you confident the first milestone is on the right track? Best, Dr. Syafiq

Hello, your wastewater chemical feed and process control system is really about turning scattered process documents into a maintainable control philosophy. I work regularly with Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Documentation, which fits closely with what you’re trying to accomplish. I’d start by reviewing your process narratives, I/O lists, and hardware architecture, then handle the control philosophy gaps and alarm/sequence recommendations in a structured way, testing Modbus TCP integration and HMI workflow as I go rather than leaving validation until the end. The goal would be to deliver a clear Phase 1 controls package that is supportable, editable, and consistent. I can begin after a brief handoff and should have this completed within 3 weeks. One thing I’d like to confirm before starting: do you want Phase 1 focused only on review and recommendations, or should it include draft PLC/HMI architecture details as well? Best regards, Miguel
