Yes Naive Bayes classifier is used here. This is just an algorithm but the way we implement it decides the accuracy of classification. If the default algorithm doesn't give the required accuracy (>90% I think), we will be using advanced tagging and NLP to improve the accuracy. Hello, I am an expert in data mining and predictive modeling. I have a PhD in physics and strong background in data analysis and statistics. You have basically two options. 1. Develop a Naive Bayes sql script. 2. Create a model externally, get a prediction formula, and feed into sql. I would go with 2. Because the algorithms you can develop externally are much more accurate, and it adds value to your app. You would to mantain the model periodically (when accuracy drops) to always have best accuracy. I can develop a robust model for you, in R, and provide the prediction formula, and of course tests. I would charge 400usd for that (I have to see the data first) in 7 days.
