I need a complete analog power-management solution that comfortably operates above 24 V; the working range will likely sit between 28 V and 48 V. I already have the functional requirements and key performance targets, but I need them translated into a robust, manufacturable design. You’ll select suitable high-voltage components, create a clean schematic, and route a compact PCB that respects creepage, clearance, and thermal limits. Altium Designer, KiCad, or Eagle are all acceptable; please indicate which platform you plan to use so I can open and review the native files on my side. SPICE-level simulation of critical blocks is strongly preferred so we can verify efficiency and stability before layout is finalized. To keep the project moving, we will iterate at logical checkpoints: initial topology, draft schematic review, pre-layout BOM confirmation, and final Gerber sign-off. I will be available to answer questions quickly at each stage. Deliverables I expect at project hand-off: • Native schematic file and a PDF printout • PCB layout file plus Gerber, drill, and pick-and-place data • Complete BOM with manufacturer part numbers and key specs If you have recent experience with isolated supplies, synchronous controllers, or high-side current sensing, let me know—those skills will be directly relevant.
