Generate manufacturing files including: Gerber Files Drill Files BOM (Bill of Materials) Pick and Place Files (if applicable) PCB Source Files Requirements: Experience with PCB design tools such as Altium Designer, KiCad, Eagle, or similar. Experience designing LED driver and power electronics circuits. Knowledge of thermal considerations for high-power LEDs. Ability to communicate design decisions and suggest improvements if required. Deliverables: PCB Layout Design Gerber Package BOM Assembly Drawings Source Design Files Additional Information: Complete circuit schematic will be provided after project award. The design may be used in a medical/industrial lighting application, so reliability and good engineering practices are important.
