Amazon data scrapt, product filter, and auto product uploading

This is NOT the simple data scrapt and upload software job, it require that the freelancer are very familiar with Amazon API. Past Similar job are required to present for reference in advance before this job application
This software MUST including 3 part :
1. First part : Download and scrape all the product data from my original source (I will provide the data source)
2. Second part : Design and set up the products filter and select the right products as per different filter condition. The filter reference tool is “Jungle Scout” tool . Freelancer should be very familiar with each function of this tool (I will provide Jungle Scout account for your better study)
3. Third part : Automatically upload those filtered product data to Another Amazon store.
Special request:
1. Before upload to Amazon, I will have the request for BATCH modify product name, price and images.
2. Price update request: This means, while the original price change, and all the following listing price must change accordingly.
3. I would like reselling the software, so the user manager system is the MUST
