I need some help troubleshooting some issues with FBA products in seller central on Amazon. I manufacture and am the brand owner for all the products. When Amazon made some changes and didn't do any additional prep, I lost the ability to use my standard SKUs on my products (I had to change them to SKU-Stickerless) or something similar. The problem is that I need the SKUs to match my ERP system. I've tried deleting the old SKUs and recreating them (same ASIN). However, I'm stuck with two ASINs that I still need to change to "use manufacture barcode" when sending to FBA. Once we fix these last two SKUs, we'll need to rebuild the product family, as the original product category I used to create it no longer exits, which means that the new products won't/can't be put under the parent ASIN. I've spent countless hours on the phone / email with Amazon support and have not gotten this resolved. I'm hoping a great freelancer here can offer better assistance.

Hi, I understand you are stuck with two FBA SKUs that refuse to switch to manufacturer barcode. Amazon forced stickerless setup which broke your ERP sync. Your parent category no longer exists so you cannot rebuild the variation family. My Solution: For the two stuck ASINs do not delete them. Go to Inventory and select Add Another Condition using your desired ERP SKU. On the conversion page choose Manufacturer Barcode. This creates a new offer with correct settings while keeping inventory. For the variation family delete the old parent ASIN only not the children. Then use a flat file to create a new parent ASIN under the current valid category. Assign existing child ASINs to this new parent. Wait 48 hours for system sync. My Experience: I have fixed complex catalog issues for brand owners after Amazon policy changes. I understand parent child relationships and barcode settings.
