AWS Lambda Function(s) to Monitor EC2

Job Description:
This project involves creating a lambda function/functions to do the following :
1. Monitor EC2 events e.g. CPUUtilization.
2. If a particular matrix goes below or above the threshold then log it in Lambda execution log. You can hard code the limit e.g. CPUUtilization > 75%
3. Lambda function to enable monitoring, disable monitoring and check the status (if already enabled or disabled).
Use of Python is preferred.
Deliverable : One ZIP file per Lambda function.
Acceptance criteria : I'll create a Lambda function in my AWS account, upload the ZIP, execute the function and check the results.
I'll provide more details to the winning bidder. In your bid, please let me know which SDK you'll use. A generic bid without the SDK name will not be considered (even if it is lowest in price and/or shortest delivery time).
Be competitive in your bid as more such Lambda function requirements are in the near future e.g. RDS monitoring.
