AWS solution with EKS / docker + AWS Batch + Lambda + Gateway

I need simple solution on AWS account. Solution needs to be delivered in terraform scripts I can simply run and deploy to my own AWS account.
Solution should consist of
1) One dummy docker image, which can be run with 2 parameters
(this docker will be run by AWS batch in parallel with different parameters)
3) Script I can call locally to add docker image to the AWS docker registry
(./add_docer <docker_name> - image is uploaded to the AWS registry)
4) Script I can call locally to add tasks to the batch
(./start_processing <file_with_paraemeterset> - for each line of the file new task is created in the batch to run docker with apropriate parameters. This script should call API gateway -> Lambda (python preferably)-> tasks are added to the Batch)
2) AWS infrastructure in terraform scripts:
- AWS Batch
- EKS objects (registry, etc..)
- Lambda
- API Gateway
- other infrastructure objects
