Configure TURN server (Coturn)

We have a multi-peer connection website, which is hosted on an AWS EC2 instance. For peer-to-peer connection we have used Web-RTC and have set up our own turn server using Coturn on a Ubuntu EC2 instance. Our turn server is properly processing the STUN request, however, it is unable to process TURN request.
Description:
Even though we are providing the correct credentials, we are getting "Error 401 unauthorized".
No relay response is being generated.

Experience with AWS/Azure, etc.
Expected Result:
TURN request should be processed properly.
