I need an experienced Amazon account manager who can take a brand-new Seller Central account and turn it into a healthy, revenue-generating storefront. Your day-to-day focus will be on Amazon alone; no eBay or Shopify work is required at this stage. The core of the role covers four areas: product listing, inventory management, customer service, and FBA coordination. You will create new listings from scratch, refine any that already exist, and back every decision with thorough keyword research so each ASIN climbs the rankings organically. While listings are live, you will monitor stock levels, arrange replenishment to FBA, balance restock limits, and keep the Account Health Dashboard in good standing. Prompt, friendly responses to customer messages and proactive handling of returns or feedback rounds out the customer experience.
