Role Objective To drive revenue growth, reviews, and repeat purchases for Eezee Fudz Ready-to-Eat products on Amazon through listing optimisation, performance marketing, pricing strategy, and consumer trust building, with a strong focus on ROI and conversion, not vanity metrics. Key Responsibilities 1. Amazon Account Management Manage end-to-end Amazon Seller Central operations Ensure listings are optimised for search, conversion, and compliance Coordinate A+ content, images, titles, bullet points, and backend keywords Monitor Buy Box, pricing, inventory health, and stock planning 2. Performance Marketing (Core Responsibility) Plan and execute Sponsored Product Ads (Auto & Manual) Conduct keyword research and search term mining Optimise bids, budgets, and placements to control ACOS/TACoS Scale ads on hero SKUs while maintaining profitability Prepare weekly performance reports with clear insights 3. Conversion & Review Growth Improve product page conversion rate through content optimisation Drive ethical and compliant review acquisition Analyse customer feedback and reviews for product/listing improvements Reduce returns and negative feedback through proactive fixes 4. Pricing, Promotions & Launch Strategy Plan launch discounts, coupons, deals, and bundles Create combo packs to increase AOV and trial Analyse competitor pricing and positioning in RTE category Support festive and event-based campaigns 5.
