I’ve just expanded my small-business support company to include a full social-media arm, and I need a dependable partner who can handle both the initial channel build-out and the ongoing management—for my own brand first and then for each new client I onboard. Scope of work • Set up and optimise accounts on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. I’m also open to your professional suggestions on any emerging or niche platforms that could drive results. • Focus every activity on lead generation. Brand awareness and engagement matter, but qualified inquiries are the metric that will tell us we’re winning. • Content creation will be flexible: sometimes you’ll create everything, sometimes you’ll polish what I supply, and occasionally you’ll just schedule posts I provide. Please be comfortable moving between all three scenarios. • Day-to-day management includes scheduling, community moderation, basic analytics reporting, and adjusting the strategy when data tells us to. Tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or native schedulers are all fine—as long as the workflow stays smooth. Deliverables (per account) 1. Fully branded, optimised profile setup 2. 30-day content calendar mapped to lead-gen objectives 3. Weekly post scheduling and community engagement 4. End-of-month report summarising reach, engagement, and—most importantly—leads generated Acceptance criteria • Profiles are complete, visually consistent, and error-free • Content meets platform best practices and my brand voice guidelines • Reports clearly show lead metrics and actionable insights If you have a proven record of turning social channels into lead machines, let’s talk about your process and how soon you can get started.
