I can build a fully offline Android application for internal business use as per your requirements. The app will not use the internet, no server, no cloud, and no online APIs. All processing will happen only on the device. The app will read payment screenshots (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, UPI) and bank statement files (Excel or CSV, PDF optional). Using offline OCR (such as Tesseract), it will extract the UTR and amount, then automatically match screenshots with the bank statement data. The app will generate a local Excel or CSV reconciliation report with screenshot name, extracted UTR, extracted amount, and match status (MATCH, NOT FOUND, AMOUNT MISMATCH, OCR FAILED).
