The basic function of these progeams is to act as a client application for the DayTime service running at time-a.nist.gov. Each of the client applications should provide a user interface consisting of a text field (for the user to enter the host address of the desired time server, a a button (to send the request and a read-only text field to display the information sent by the server. The behavior of the application is: whenever the button is depressed/clicked/tapped the application shall make a tcp connection to port 13 of the remote service and read the time stamp sent by the server and display it in the text field.
