Android Alert "ENTER NOW"

i need a simple application to send alerts to players from a game even if they are disconnected.
this is basically an application where the "admin" can alert to the "users" using one of more buttons.
the application will stay with one password for user and other password for admin.
admin:
- when the admin enter the password he will see 1 button "SEND ALERT" and when he press it all the users will be alerted.
user:
- when the user enter the password it will be saved in preferences and the application will ring every time that the admin send the alert.
- button to stop alert
this application is very simple, the purpose of it is only ask to the users of the app to enter if we are fighting in the game and we need more players connected to help.
i will give the app to my guild members from an specific game, then i will tell them "download the app and put the password to maintain alerted to the war in this game." and the admin password will be given to the guild master and moderator members, in order to call to the guild members when we are fighting.
