We are looking for a real-time video streaming client Android app

We are looking for a real-time video streaming client Android app that can push either an RTSP or RTMP video stream to either an RTSP or RTMP server. This Android client app is to record and push to the server - not stream and view. Functional requirements:

- Very simple, intuitive and easy to use interface - one click

- Automatic error handling (cache video to resume pushing to server once internet is back, intuitive error messages, error logging, etc)

Is this something you would be interested in doing? We are very open to discussing the requirements and going over options from existing open source projects or proprietary implementations.

I am also interested if you can capture the characters in the app and put the data to a REST API server. We are looking to implement this project immediately and have a budget.
