build an android app with cloud database

Job Description:

Make an android app for loans? I am a microcredit lender.

I want an app to input transactions of the loans, like principal, interest, fees, and payments as a category choice.

I want the database in the cloud.

I need a button to send sms reminder on the loan page addressed to the borrower to pay their loan, referencing the loan number that was generated in the app.

I want the borrower to be able to make an account just see their balances and transactions with no way to add entries. There should be a chat function to be able to chat to the lender about the loan.

Interest on every loan is different, I set it when the loan is made, and can change it later.

Have a notes table to link to individual loan. Make notes visible on loan page. Only lender can make notes.

When the borrower want to make a payment of his loan, he will click on Payment section and select a Loan. Here we will show some instructions in text form which you will provide. And on bottom there will be the information of that Loan(Eg Loan Number, Due Amount etc) with copy button. After copying user will go to any third party App for making payment where he can paste that copied information in remarks.

I want other people to be able to be borrowers and lenders too since it's in the cloud. Come up with a creative name for the app, I'm thinking P2PFunds or something. The niche I want to hit is about local people to other local people lending to each other or at least people that personally know each other.

I want a button to add entries for interests automatically or just automatically have a recurring at the monthsary of the loan to calculate interest based on balance at whatever interest I set it at the beginning of the loan, this needs to be editable, a couple months down the line I might need to change the monthly interest rate.

I need a way to opt the system to not add interest automatically also.
