Build a customized App

Looking for someone to build a very simple user friendly app which is used to book transfers. Therefore our guests can book and also make payments if possible through the app for their transfers booked i.e. one way or return. The app should should also be able to classify/generate reports for us - be able to group bookings such as x amount of guests travelling to same destination (hotel drop off from Airport) on shared basis (where the coach is shared by others i.e not sole use). Happy to modify this further that will suit our business.
P.S The app will cater for adult and child transfers rates which will have different pricing as well as other options to book and pay such as Tours (dont want to be limited to) and lastly we want to get started a.s.a.p so if you can send through your proposals :-)
