Build me a food delivery app

I want a food delivery app where clients can order food from different restaurant and still make payments using the app before the delivery is done. The system should be integrated with google maps API to be able to tell the location of the rider (person delivering the food) the destination (client who has requested the food) and the location of the restaurant. The app should also be able to calculate the distance between the the restaurant and the location of the client ordering the food and calculate how much it will cost for delivery. (We will discuss the costs once you accept the project). Payments using this app will be done online using online payment gateways like MPESA, Master Card etc (all these resources are available online for free don't worry)
