Convert opencv-python code to opencv c# unity to run on android standalone

This is a simple opencv-python task that access a usb camera in real time, take its frames and process it to give some output. This is working fine on windows machine. We want to convert it to android so that it run on android, accessing and processing the android camera stream with same performance as it is on windows right now.

The code is simple, less then 50 lines and we think it's very easy for someone with experience in unity, opencv, c#, and python. suggest any other environment if you think of.
