Create a professional Android SDK and replace two screens

We got an Android Application and we would like to create a professional SDK. The SDK would include the following screens: A)"Accounts"; B) TOTP; C) "Allow/Deny" and D) "Adaptive Authentication".
The choosen developer would need to:
1) Create the SDK for Android.
2) replacing two pages (see attached two PSD files).
3) compile the SDK as an application and send APK for testing.
