Custom APK Android Box Updater

I own a company that sells android TV boxes.
I need someone who can build an Updater for an android box. This updater will connect the box to our server and download/install both an APK file and a zip file. It MUST be able to work on an android box running a s912 chipset. This is very important!!!
The person who accepts this job must have access to an android box with this chipset in order to test and fix the program for us before we go live with it. I currently have a working Updater that can be used as a template but it only works on s905 chipset and lower. For some reason it will not open on a s912 chip android box. When our current app is opened on a s912 box it hangs on a black screen for several minutes. Obviously this won't work for our customers. The program must be fast and reliable. It must open every time on the first try with s912 chipset. I am thinking that our current version can be modified to work on the newer s912 chipset making this job relatively small.
