Customer/Distributor Android app + Web based server with databse and AI system location based optimization

This project consists of three module:
1. Customer Android app: this is a phone number based registration for users, to order single item with different quantities and sharing the location of the user.
2. Distributor Android app: this is an application that enables distributors to switch on/off their working status, sharing location all the time while on and accepting orders forwarded to them.
3. Core system: AI web based server hosted algorithm that optimizes the location of the distributor to the customer and uses different criteria to decide which distributor to forward the order to. Also, it feeds the customer with instant location of distributor and time estimates for arrival. The system utilizes database to keep track of all orders and can generate reports.
I will divide this into 4 milestones. Last one is the testing and launching.
This project needs to be created from scratch and is not allowed to use ready platforms.
