Demo app for sound classification on Android (for bird song identification)

I need a demo Android app, written in Kotlin, that uses a Tensorflow Lite model to do sound classification. I will provide the model (Tensorflow Lite), and with the model I need someone to create an app with a simple interface that uses the microphone and the Tensorflow interpreter to identify the bird sound. The challenge here is mostly in the audio processing. The Tensorflow model was built from 2 second samples and is expected to identify overlapping sounds of bird songs. I will provide all the samples and recordings to test during development.
