I am looking for a skilled Android app developer to create a simple and straightforward app with basic functionality only. The purpose of the app is to serve as a test model for a future project (This project is not for commercial deployment, so minimum UX to be considered)
The app would :
1. go to idle mode if speed is less than 10 kmph for 10 minutes
2. go to active mode when speed is above 10 kmph, or when selected in the user interface
3. in active mode, collect GPS location and speed continuously
4. collect data from user via app interface and save to phone memory
4.1 Bookmarks - Data collected are 2 co-ordinates and bookmark type
4.2 Routes - Data collected are route points and speed attribute
4.3 Route point - Data collected are 2 coordinates
5. in active mode, generate custom phone vibration based on logic set with data from #3 and #4
6. run in the background
