My objective is to move all sensor events securely to the cloud and surface them inside a polished mobile application that runs on both iOS and Android. The app must let a user watch live data, receive instant alerts whenever the reed sensor changes state, and issue simple remote-control commands back to the device. Here is the flow I have in mind: the ESP32 reads the reed sensor, pushes updates over GSM (or Wi-Fi when available) to a cloud service via MQTT or HTTPS, the cloud stores and forwards those messages, and the mobile app subscribes to that stream, shows status/history, fires push notifications, and allows a command channel for remote control.
