The software has to be built to allow multi-tenancy that will be a middle ware between Autotask, Xero and our app. There is a potential extension of project that is for documentation generation and policy template generation.
We need to develop an app that connects to a ticketing system (Autotask) that allows users to submit tickets to us and allow them they snap photos, provide teamviewer ID and details. Source codes to be returned, app to be hosted on cloud platform (AWS ideally) and freelancer will need to sign a NDA. This software should be allowed for us to resell it by having a subscription model. Possibility for long term maintenance relationship.
Importantly, i also need this person to do the UX/UI as well
not just the programming part so hopefully they have someone in their team that can fulfil that.
Below are the key function required.
1. Ticket submission:
- integrate with AT api
- user to fill in info e.g. take photo of Teamviewer ID, contact, problem
2. Push notification:
- to notify users on maintenance
- outstanding invoices
3. Knowledge base search / chat bot assistance
- link to our wiki or youtube for self help/search
- sale of curated products
5. Payment gateway
- to collect payment for ecommerce or outstanding invoices via paynow api
