Launch React PWA to Production

My Progressive Web App is already prototyped in React; now I want it in the hands of real users with a rock-solid production stack. The plan is to host on AWS, wire it to a PostgreSQL database, and secure everything through OAuth. Alongside that core setup, I need the following work completed: • Payments: integrate Stripe and, for India, Paytm / UPI. • On-boarding & empty states: polish the first-time user flow and handle “no data yet” screens gracefully. • Notifications: implement web push; if a push fails, fall back to Twilio SMS. • Installability: ensure users can “Add to Home Screen” and get the full PWA experience. • (Nice-to-have) Native builds: if feasible, compile the same codebase to iOS & Android via Capacitor or React Native. • Observability: connect analytics (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) plus uptime/error monitoring. • Compliance: create and link legal pages—Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy. • Future revenue: lay the groundwork for an ads module so banner or interstitial networks can be dropped in later. Please ship a fully deployed, HTTPS-secure production environment, documented so I can maintain it. CI/CD on GitHub Actions (or similar) and infrastructure-as-code are strongly preferred to keep things transparent and repeatable.
