I need an app for smartphone but also available via web that is actually a database where I can store names, addresses, phone no., equipment type, etc. It should be an app where I can note the actions that I took on a certain equipment, what spare parts I used, the amount of money earnt and spent, dates when some operations need to be done. The app should let me add new records as a planner for a day, week, month. As I enter a new record it should create an event in Google Calendar with all the details (customer name, phone no, address, equipment, action requested etc). Also when I make an appointment it should back it up in a main database with all the customers. I should be able to find a customer by name, address, phone no. or equipment type, also to filter by date, address, to send automatic e-mails few days prior to a certain event.
