POC for Android App

Please bid experienced programmers only.
Following is the requirement for POC. Need to complete within 5 days. If you complete it perfectly, there can be more work on this task.
1) Need Android App with source code for POC.
2) This app will have registration form for the user. It will take inputs for registration. example: Name, Mobile/Phone, Chest Size, Waist Size, Shoe Size, Upload photo
3) Once registration is done user can choose shirt/tshirt/ pant/ shoes and there sizes Example: 10, 43 , XXL, XL as per standard sizes.
4) App needs to tell weather these sizes are matching with the body of the user.
5) App will fit selected tshirt / shirt/ pant / shoes on the body photo.
At this moment 2D is ok.
