Taxi Driver App in Ionic, Cordova or similar

Please write "notautomated" at the beginning of your proposal. We need an app (iPhone and Android) for an uber like platform, we need the driver's app. We already have most of the webservice and the database is done already, PHP+MySQL. We already have the accounts in appstore and google play. Requirements: -Login screen, username and password -Main screen: -awaiting for users -a near user is available (acept or reject) timeout of 3 minutes -"Heading to the user" screen (user info and a button to open navigation app to the destiny, and a button to cancel or to notify aleady picked the customer up) -"Delivering the user", shows user info, and a button to open navigation app to the destiny, a button to finish the trip. That's it, as you can see the app is simple and the webservice is ready too, you don't need to handle maps, you yous need to open the default navigation app to the destinys. Keep your bids low, we are looking for a cheap solution. A formal requirments document will be provided
