Hello, I need a vpn software for commercial use
For operating systems: Android, iOS, Windows
I put a number of pre-defined servers in the web panel of the software and randomly connect the user to one of the servers according to the ping.
I want the software accounting to be done as a license and through the application, for example, a 20-digit license code will be generated randomly and entered on the software login page and the app will be accessed, but only one device should be active with each license. I know that my explanation is incomplete, but I think the programmer has understood my work so far, anyone who can do this project can contact me and I will give them more explanations.
The protocols that I want to be used in the software
v2ray - openvpn - cisco - openconnect - shadowsocks ( If there is a better protocol that works better in severe censorship, introduce it to me and get rewarded)
Also, I want the programmer to update the software for me if I need an update (adding the ability to fix bugs), the cost will be paid.
