Code Server installed on Ubuntu 20.04 - need to run VPS server i.p. address vs localhost

I have code-server installed on a VPS running ubuntu 20.04. The project I have installed is an Angular project which opens up localhost:4200 when running npm start. Localhost does not work to view the project on a VPS server so I need to have it open up on my i.p. address and port 4200 (which is open). I tried ng --serve=host and the i.p. address but that does not work. Not sure what to do with the [login to view URL] file or what command to run so I can start the server on my i.p. address.

May I point out that just giving your IP in a remote PC's config while not having any piece of code (locally) on your machine might not work. You need to fiture why LO isnt working.
