create UIUX wireframe for a dashboard

For our digital payment platform we need to create quickly wireframe for our dashboard so the engineers can start implementing.

The current dashboard / admin is developed on Vuejs . It is not done completely and correct . There is no UI for this . So we want to design wireframes on the existing admin to align with the users footprint on the excel without changing the design of the existing admin completely .

Additionally , we would want someone / Vuejs developer to complete the admin aligning it to the user footprint on the excel and call api endpoint from the backend .

Or a developer that can developer the entire dashboard / admin from the scratch using reactJs capturing the details and the KPI indicated on the users footprint as well as the users story files . Connecting and calling the api from the backend .
