I am a busy guy with some IT background, I am trying to build a responsive website for bidding auction. Users can submit their item with pictures, descriptions, start price, and it will stay count down to the others with Maximum 3 days = 72 hours. Then, people can give start bidding. If the users accept the last bid, the system should sent the buyer + seller information include: phone call, location. The website must be classified in the main home page with badges on each category as shown in the attached site. The website must support to language: English/Arabic. The website must be responsive in desktop + ipads + phones. The system database also must be designed and delivered.
