3D Animation - Simple Dance Moves 10 -25 Sec

I need someone to make me a 3D character that that will dance. The character will have to be dressed in the outfit something like this. (images provided in attachment) It needs to be as natural as possible from first frame where character breathe , blinks ect , and special details on dance moves. Frames need to be in .png file. transparent background. Dance moves can be find here starting from 1:06 ending 1:31 and as you can see lots of moves in between are repeating. There is more to be done further down the road and I would like to keep the same animator if the work is satisfactory.
