I would build the visual language around the teaching points: animated callouts when something needs emphasis, lower thirds for clarity, purposeful motion graphics for concepts, and transitions that keep momentum without becoming decoration. For an 8 to 10 minute module, I’d first identify where attention naturally drops, then use visual changes at those moments rather than applying effects uniformly. That gives the lesson rhythm while keeping the information easy to follow. I can also establish the project file as a reusable style system so future modules remain consistent instead of being redesigned from scratch. Before starting, I’d like to know: are the training videos primarily instructor led, screen based, or a combination of both? That will determine the editing language I’d recommend.
