Animation of existing logo (8 seconds) is requested

Hello there,
I require a professional animation of a current (existing) logo for a free church in Southern Germany.
The animated logo should have a total length of max 8 seconds, because it is ought to be used as prospective intro and/or outro for video sequences. In the beginning the video is supposed to start with a short fade-in effect and a rotating globe. Maybe after 2 seconds or so there should appear a closed book from the top down center position of the rotating globe (icon for bible). The book should enlarge to its current size and afterwards the book should open. From the opened book there should rise up a cross right to the position you can see in the current logo. In the end there should be a shining effect around the shape of the cross (it should look as if the cross shines) and finally the animation is expected to end with a very short fade-out effect.
Please notice following remarks: The spinning effect of the globe has to stop before the ascendance of the cross. For the globe and the book in the beginning of the animation you may use the original icons from the logo or other icons (as similar as possible to the current one). But it is necessary that the animation terminates in the current (original) logo (due to recognition value). The current logo can be provided to you as psd, pdf or png/jpeg file. There are no other filetypes available because the logo was created in Photoshop. In the psd filetype (Photoshop) you can activate/deactivate every layer.
Please also keep in mind: Full legal rights are required for the using of the animation (to avoid copyright issues).
