2D Animation/stop motion, detailed background design for Indie Cartoon Pilot

I am in the process of designing an indie cartoon aimed at teens and seeking a few animators to animate a short pilot episode. The cartoon will be in the action/adventure genre with a twists of horror and comedy, and the animation style will be 2D with a little bit of stop motion. To be transparent, right now I am just looking for quotes to see how much this will cost, so no numbers are set in stone. I just want to figure out how much I need raised to make this. Ideal skills: - Strong portfolio of 2D animation/Stop Motion work. - Previous experience with creating content. - Ability to collaborate on creative ideas. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow design specifications. Please note this is my first time using freelancer, so there will be a bit of a learning curve. The pilot episode will be approximately 20-25 minutes long. The background designs should be highly detailed and intricate. The expected timeline for this project is 3-6 months.
