Animation video presentation for mobile app start up

Job Description:
Hi,
I am working on a start up project to launch an smartphone App on the island of Mallorca (Spain).
The app is about locating ecological, ethical, sustainable entities along with what they offer to the public.
We are in the early developing phase, and to present the project to the audience and a crowdfunding platform, we are looking for someone that could do us an affordable "motion" video, of about 1 minute, to be displayed on social media and various web pages.
We have at our disposal a lot of visual material, such as the logos, and the screenshots that shows the different functions of the app, and a pretty clear idea of what we want. On this video we want to add a narative voice that gives the description of the app, in spanish and english ( this could be out sourced locally).
We will give more info to the right applicants upon the signature of privacy agreement.
