Help my business instagram page upgrade (design, edit, animation, photography) + product branding

Hello, I have recently started my own business and want my products to look official. I myself studied multimedia in 2005 but due to not using the Adobe suite much it now takes me hours to complete small projects. Having this business working fulltime with kids I want to reach out for some help to complete the look of my brand. I have however started with logo and simple labels and a colour palate so this project is not completely from scratch.
What I want is templates for my quotes and messages on Instagram... or maybe a filter? Am not upto date with how social media post such a video content is done... I know it can be done on a phone app also but tbh I don't usually snap, twitter, ticktock. So its all new to me.
My products lables to be consistent and simple in design and a nice photo shoot once complete.
I have all the written content and am working on the flyers, booklets and website content at the moment so this would be a real big bonus for some help. I promise you it will be an interesting project preferably for a woman as its woman products and feminine care but I honestly don't mind...
