Make an animated intro clip and background for video productions

I need a freelancer that can make an animated introduction (about 5 seconds) and a background for video productions.
I am a trainer and consultant and make video presentations of myself, using a green screen (Chroma Key) as background. During the editing of the videos I want to use an animated background using the colours of my corporate identity, my logo and an animation that I can use in a loop of about a minute (or 5 minutes). At the start of every video I want a 5-second intro clip (similar to the evening news or other tv-programmes).
I have some ideas for a theme and will send a few pictures/gif files for inspiration. Obviously, the colour codes and logo will be provided as well.
I normally use a 16:9 ratio, but would like it if you can provide it in others as well.
You will need to be creative and knowledgeable about video productions and have experience with making animations. I will base my decision mainly on your experience, reviews and your portfolio.
